Not sure if I worked out right but just over 2 points, seem a bit low xx
 
If I class it as high then it's 7 AP or nearly 3 for moderate, not really sure what to put it as but burnt 600 cals in a hr, would u say high or not? Xx

Id say high if it was cardio x

Not had a great day today n wi in the mornin, wasn't really good until fri so not hopeful for a loss, had a sneaky peak fri mornin n said 10.8 so another 1lb on, just hoping I'm back to 10.6. Doubtful tho! weeklies start tomorrow! Decided I'm goin to stick to 29, cos I'm exercising at least 4 days a wk anyway n always feel really hungry when exercising. I do feel better for the exercise tho xx

I'm exactly the same! I could have written that post! From tomoz mine restart! Been crap this week coz of TOTM week, no excuse I know! X

Well I've lost a 1lb n half, cos I was 10 st 8 last time I got weighed! So really I gained 2 last wk. I'm ok with that considering I didn't start being good till fri n I ate quite a bit yesterday.
So 10st 6.5
Goal to lose 3lb this wk, I was just over 10st beg of nov so I know I can do this xx
