hya today i am trying the recipe i found on here for kfc chicken ( drool, note to self sew up hole in lip!) so today is RED;
breakfast, A very naughty piece of sw curly wurly cake

lunch omelette with ham, three eggs and fry light.
snack banana.

dinner. KFC chicken
made with breast and wholemeal bread crumbs( hexb), served with bbq sauce 1 syn, huge tossed salad, of peppers, baby gem, toms, cucumber,apple ,grapes, red onion and two tbls fat free vinaigrette 0.5 syns , dessert large fruit salad with a dollop of sweetened quark ( yummy) And i may squeeze a curly wurly in later. Add hexa 330 ml skimmed milk and bobs your uncle!
So many diuretics in there will be up peeing all night AGAIN! lol:tear_drop:
