1 week planned - please check for me

    I'm not sure if this is in the right section but I need to plan my week & stick to it rigidly so here it is.

    I'll use all the milk for allowance for tea/coffee/weetabix & I've not put in the 2nd Hex A but will use for cheese in cheese, on omelette etc or I'll have laughing cows as a snack.

    Also some days not planned my syns but will do on the day. I'm also going to try & drink at least 3 pints NAS Squash & build this up.

    Any comments/suggestions or things that are wrong etc please please help.


    Red Day

    B: 2 Weetabix (Hex B), Milk (from allowance) + banana

    S: Yoghurt & Fruit

    L: Omelette with peppers, mushrooms, onion, tomato & ham

    S: Fruit

    D: Boiled Gammon, cabbage, carrots & potato (Hex B)

    S: 2 Alpen lights (6 syns) WW cheese puffs (4.5 syns)

    Total syns: 10.5

    Green Day

    B: Beans & toast (Hex B) butter (2 syns)

    S: Fruit

    L: Jacket Potato & Beans

    S: Fruit

    D: Carbonara with peppers, onions & mushroom, gammon (HEX B)

    S: Curly Wurly (6.5 syns) Crisps (4.5 syns)

    Total syns: 13 syns

    Red Day

    B: Scrambled eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms 2 slices bread (Hex B) Butter (2 syns)

    S: Yoghurt & fruit

    L: Fish & stir fry veg

    S: Fruit

    D: Roast Chicken, Carrots, broccoli, cauliflour, potato (Hex B)

    S: 2 Alpen Lights (6 syns) Curly Wurly (6.5 syns)

    Total syns: 14.5 syns

    Green Day

    B: Porridge & mixed berries (Hex B)

    S: yoghurt & fruit

    L: SW chips, beans & fish (Hex B)

    S: Fruit

    D: Spaghetti Bolognaise (quorn mince)

    S: Crisps (4.5 syns)

    Total Syns: 4.5 syns

    Red Day

    B: 3 sausages (3 syns tesco healthy choice Cumberland), Egg, mushroom, tomato & bacon

    S: fruit & yoghurt

    L: Stuffed peppers with left over bolognaise

    D: Cottage pie (top with carrot/swede) with veg

    Getting rid of starches/sugar/unnecessary fats.
    I know almost nothing about SW, but it's really excellent that you have a plan laid out. This will help you to stay on track. Very smart!! Good luck! :wavey:

    Looks good to me just make sure you weigh ur HEB's and keep skin on the potato's enjoy it it looks like a good menu
