I'm not sure if this is in the right section but I need to plan my week & stick to it rigidly so here it is.

I'll use all the milk for allowance for tea/coffee/weetabix & I've not put in the 2nd Hex A but will use for cheese in cheese, on omelette etc or I'll have laughing cows as a snack.

Also some days not planned my syns but will do on the day. I'm also going to try & drink at least 3 pints NAS Squash & build this up.

Any comments/suggestions or things that are wrong etc please please help.

I know almost nothing about SW, but it's really excellent that you have a plan laid out. This will help you to stay on track. Very smart!! Good luck! :wavey:
