syns? It doesnt show on the SW website. Was 55kcals for the whole lot. Trying to be extra good this week. Was thinking of using the 20kcal=1syn rule, but wanted to be sure!

You're correct in doing that - better than trying to guess how much milk you can 'borrow' from your HEa allowance.
