I had their lunchbox with fries and two boneless chicken fillets. It had a whopping 805 cals but I still managed to fit it into mine!

3 chicken strips are 339 calories

Regular fries are 247 calories

BBQ rancher grilled chicken burger is 396

I have found these to be the lowest calorie options.

The BBQ rancher is lower fat than the strips as it's not fried.

It's all on the kfc website and on their menus inside now. It's my hubbys favourite takeaway in our town so this is the one we have often.

ive decided to have a chicken popcorn snack box and a pepsi max

630 calories yummm cant wait.....first proper take away in 11 weeks

Although i have had a fish and chips twice i think but cum on thats not a take away as such lol xxx
