Has anyone done the kickstart plan with ww ? ...........
I know these are given out when joining and i got my books but didnt do it! .. Has anyone done the kickstart whilst already doing points and seen a good loss?

Im thinking of trying it from tomorow and just wondering what the weight losses have been from people followng it ?
