Slow but sure....
I'm afraid i don't buy them, but steak and kidney pie and grilled kidneys for breakfast spring to mind, or you could make a steak and kidney casserole.

They had them on Masterchef the other night, I'm afraid I couldn't be ever persuaded to eat them!
What kind of kidney is it?

I LOVE lambs kidney, halved and cored, fried (in fry light) with some finely diced shallots, cayenne pepper, parsley and fat free fromage frais- Devilled kidneys!!! Just don't overcook them or they go all dry and nasty.

I follow a 'normal' recipe for devillled kidneys (serve on toast) and just swap oil for fry-light etc

Kidneys and liver with onions with fried eggs and tomatoes is quite nice for breakfast once in a while, but they taste a bit "rich" for everyday eating, I think! (I always use the fry light when frying anything)
