    Does your chemist not work it out for you? If you ask i'm sure they would every week

    Thanks gals,

    she does work it out for me, but i also wrote down the KGs from her sheet this week and they don't match what she is telling me its converted to.
    She said i was 13.8 last week, when its really 13.7.....not going to change my tracker, but i'll double check when i go on Tuesday.

    My chemist is a bit hit and miss, converting from KG to pounds. But it evens itself out in the end

    My chemist was always a bit dodgy when it came to converting kg to stone so, being the saddo I am, I'd go home and put it on a spreadsheet that changed it into stones for me!

    87.2kg = 191.84lb = 13 stone 9.84lb

    kg x 2.2 = lbs
    lbs / 14 = stone, the remainder is the lbs

    Hope that helps.

    x
