Koko coconut milk or almond milk instead of skim milk??

Hi, I'm trying to stay off dairy though I am not strictly vegan and I was wondering if anyone knows anything about swapping coconut or almond milk for skimmed milk as HeB or Cheeze/ yogurt substitutes instead of the'real' stuff. .. or will I just have to forget about my HeB and syn anything I want to substitute?

Have you had a look at the healthy extra lists on the SW website? There are several dairy free options on the HEa list
