Lactose intolerant

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone can help, I have met a new friend at my group and she is lactose intolerant and can't have mullerlights, shape yogurts etc. Do any of you know of any yogurts that would be suitable for her and the syn values please

I am lactose intolerant too

Alpro do a range of soya fruit yogurts these are 2 syns each. Plus Tesco now do their own which are cheaper and also 2 syns each.
Natural yogurt is done also by both and is 7.5syns per 500g pot.
