It's on and off for me, there are times I can lose a big amount or times I gain a big amount. I do find upping my water intake helps with water retention, and green tea too x
In the past I have given into my sweet tooth and always gained 3.5 but always lost it the week after...thankfully. This week will be my first star week on plan so I will let you know on friday.
We have a few ladies who all moan about *that* week and how they gain weight. I always lose every time so I guess everyone is different. However I don't cave in to my chocolate cravings like I used to lol.
