Lasagne white sauce

Hi members, with the help from minimins members I recently discovered Tesco White Lasange Sauce has 22.5 Syns per jar, does anybody use any lasagne sauce / packet mix that's nice but has a lower Syn value?

Thank you jezzi999, I don't necessarily need the cheese taste but I hate eating dry lasagne where there's a lack of sauce.
I shall give that a go. Would using total 0% be the same?
