Dinner. Spaghetti bolognese made with peppers celery toms. Tom puree 2 syns herbs basil a bit of white wine... I drank the rest 8 syns onions worsterser sauce and spaghetti.

Snacks a melon 3 kiwis 3 plums.

Weekly syns~god only knows after that chinese. Oppps going to eat a lot of sprout soup tomoz x
 
Breakfast~ slice of toast
Lunch~ sprout and potato soup. Mug shot. Pineapple stick and a plum

Dinner~ left over spaghetti bolognese and a jacket potato x
 
Sprouts where dodgy so change of plan.

Lunch~ low fat super noodles with celery and cherry toms. mattersons chicken stick. O.5 syns

Diinner~ spag bol and salad_ mixed lettuce cucumbers celery and tomato with lime juice. Glass of white wine 9 syns.

Breakfast~ melon strawberries and pineapple.

Snack some potato wedges from gabbots. Had about 6. need to stop going that place!!!! got some bargain chicken tho £1 per fillets!!!

Lunch~ hexa cheese, Pitta, ham and salad with a lime juice sauce.

Dinner after my gain at wi~ maggis so juicy 3 syns sw roasties and roasted veg x
