Hello,

Some of you may notice this is my one of many "new starts" but this is it... My last time!!

I'm starting weight watchers tomorrow morning and taking alli pills along with it!

I need to lose 5 stone by august as I get married in sept!

I will post my food diary along with my weekly weigh ins, measurements and I'm sure a few moans!!

Please join me as I do need support with this & obviously I'm here to support too!!

See doesn't matter whether its a smaller amount (mine is a stone or so) or more we all struggle. Do we all think though that we will be miraculously happier when we get to goal? I know I do. I think I will be happy to go into River Island (yes even at 50 lol)and just pick up a pair of size 12 jeans and know they will go on, I will be happy on hols with my bikinins, my wardrobe will fit properly as there is so much stuff that will look so much better when I get weight off, I think this stone or whatever is going to create miracle around me....daft maybe but I still think it.

its true... it makes me happier to know that my clothes fit me more comfortably, n that i will be a proper size instead
of an inbetween size becsuse at the mo size 12 is a little tight but size 14 is too big!! and il feel more comfortable on my holiday nxt year without a muffin top! lol x

Tops well, I have baps that some, not me I have to say would pay for and no matter what I lose they don't go anywhere. I just want to get rid of this weight, stop thinking about it 24/7 and look fab at 50. Determined face here as I type!!

yeah i feel the same when im goin anywhere!! i have the wardrobe out with bout 10 diff outfits on n dont feel happy in any!!

That's it we see something that strikes a chord and we are away on a tangent. I have so many clothes , some that would look better for a few lbs off and some that I would actually be able to get on in the first place if I got a few more off. just don't want to spend another 30/40/50 yrs (yes I have lots of plans lol) worrying about my flamin'weight.
I want to get rid of this weight whilst I am relatively young enough to enjoy it . Hubby too
