I have perfected the art of making it now, use 5 floz of water, blend it in a jug, pour into a dish, microwave it for 50 seconds and leave to stand for a min, its brilliant

i used to lurrrrrrrrrrve the banana ones but they started tasting of fish so i quit!! and moved to choc strawberry hmm not to keen on them i think there a bit powderery or sumthing..!
