sorry, sidetracked with screaming at the kids!!! Why do they always have excuses not to go to bed until you are red and sore throated from yelling.......:mad:

Been ok here, so far..... am expecting the dreaded bug any day now, seem to have escaped so far. No doubt it will hit just as my party season starts.....:rolleyes:

Ooh it's definitely doing the rounds all over the country! :eek: A couple of Amy's friends have been ill over the past few weeks, we've been lucky so far, touch wood lol!

Aww poor Sophie!! It's awful when the kids are so ill isn't it Becky? :hug99: Give her a hug from mad aunty Carol......you might need an early night too by the sound of it.
 
yeah its awful i wish i could be sick for her,and she is ment to be going to see santy on tues with her class and see reindeer farm that kinda thing she will be real upset if she cant go. im not to bad my eyes have been very sore the past 2/3days adam said i should get them checked out :rolleyes: it may just be from looking at laptop. had a good weekend never did get to asda just a tesco!

just went to belfast!there about 9.40 got parked. everywhere filled up pretty quick though got a few things though. traffic was a nightmare especially just at the border silly irish :rolleyes: just did shopping in tesco then on way home :) took 4hrs get home fog was soo heavy and roads icy :(

better hit the hay hun monday again tomorrow :rolleyes:

:D Morning ladies, im back, it seems like this is the only time i can get on here and win, Nanna is not too good at the moment and lesley fears she may not make it till xmas, so we are putting the decorations up today, and making a big fusss, we have had so many visitors that have come to see her over the weekend, and it would be rude of me to sit on here chatting when they arrive :sigh:

how old is nana allan? my granny lives with my mum&dad now and its so sad to see her getting worse this weekend i was up home was the 1st weekend in a while and it was like a different woman,i dont really think she knows who we are anymore.

:D She is 85, and she is getting like that, she forgets who we are, and thinks she is in southport?? even though she has lived here all her life.

Aww those carers are angels aren't they? Chances are, if your nanna is strong willed enough she'll maybe get to spend one last christmas with all her family. Hope for all of you that she does mate. Fingers crossed.

:D She keeps saying that she wants to be here past new year so she doesnt spoil xmas for us all, she is always a bit down this time of year, Grandad died on Dec 20th 7 years ago, so she doesnt celebrate too much :sigh:
 
That's a shame that she feels she can't enjoy such a special time with all her grand children and great grand kids, my Grandma died on 14th December 93, nearly 3 months after I had Chris. She had dementia and just passed away in her sleep but I was so grateful that she met Chris just the once at my sister's baby's 1st birthday party. I've got a lovely pic of her holding Chris but she kept thinking he was my older brother. :sigh:
