Yeah, my Gran forgot who we all were too, it was so heartbreaking to see her so frail and sort of 'switched off'. She was a fantastic lady too, she had 7 kids, taught herself to play the piano, had a beautiful singing voice. My grandad was a bit of a jack the lad even though he only had one arm lol! He used to drive even though he had no licence and no right arm lol! You would have a field day if he was still around! He never worked and she barely managed to feed and clothe them all, but she spoiled us grandkids with her hugs.
