i think back to when i got married 17 years ago, i was 11.5 stone, young fit , in he army, i blame having kids for my demise, mind you i`m 14st 12 today so only another stone to go before my ideal weight, i can do that before i go to spain

Snap! I got married 17 years ago this March - though we did split up 2 years ago.
My mum said that when we're content/happy we put on weight, 'cos I'd moaned about putting some on after being married for a few months. All those big meals and 2 slices of bread and butter with each meal
I remember being 17 years old and weighing 7.5 stones.
Before starting Cambridge I was 12.5 stones. Now I'm 9st 10lbs, another stone or so and I'll be happy, but i can't get myself motivated. At least you've got your hol to look forward to as an incentive.

Well done on your weight loss, I`m not to bad now, i`m 6ft 1 so i dont look overweight now, i was 17st 1 after xmas, thats when i decided enough is enough, slim down, i`m getting thier I still win though
