Yes 4 day shifts, but i`m off now till Monday night you should swill salt water, it may sting a bit, but it will sort out you gob, or just stop talking

I'll have to try the salt water - forgot about that lol. I'm prone to them though, always have been. They're usually triggered by lack of sleep, it only takes a few broken nights to set them off unfortunately. And because Amy isn't well and not getting enough sleep I'm suffering too.....:sigh: Stop talking? I would if I could! Every movement of my tongue sends waves of pain to my brain! At the moment I'm perfecting a ventriloquist act!
