well, if I get to bed any time soon - I'm planning a 5-mile run (for 'run' read walk/jog lol) first thing......
Am back up to 3 'runs' a week again - just building up the distance now
Keep it up, i will still be on here winning whilst your running

My car is diesel and it is £1.22 a litre at the moment, crap when world oil prices have fallen to a 6 month low

yikes, my car diesel aswell and the cheapest i can get it for is €1.25 the dearest there about a month ago was €1.44 crazy altogether.
petrol at the mo is about 1.22 i dont think that it will ever go back to diesel been cheaper than petrol its a pain in the arse

In 1997 i worked as a petrol station manager and diesel was always 5 or 6 pence cheaper than petrol, and it went to 50p a litre, and guess when labour started running this country??? 100 years to reach 50p 11 years for labour to more than double it
