    Hi All,
Well, I have SSd since 6th or march and everything was going great, if a bit slow. I am now down to my last stone to stone and 5lb (I want to get to a clothes size rather than a weight!) I have been getting so So SO bored of this diet!
The a couple of weeks ago I had a night off, still lost normal so was please. the week after I had two nights off, still lost normal, so pleased. this weekend had the weekend off and weight in is today and looks like I will be lucky to stay the same! Deserved I know.
I have to get down to my target by the end of sep, I have £100s of pounds of clothes to fit into and that is what size I want to be...BUT
I al so massively fed up with the same taste and not being asbout to eat anything! Plus I am staving all the time.I still have a reasonble amount to lose and time and weight just seems to be going past in slow motion and it seems like I havent lost anything for ages. I am fed up that I cheated this week and have not lost anyhting but I think without this weekend I would have just given up totally.
I have now said to myself that there is now no more cheating until goal but I had my last shake at 3.30pm becuase I was so hungry and it is now nearly 72 hrs since I have eaten so must be in ketetsis by now!
Does anyone have any words of wisdom for me?? I would appreisat eany help you can give me!Thanks!

I was talking to my mum on the phone last week about this very same thing. I'm bored rigid with CD....however.....i'm almost at my first goal and then i'll be tackling losing another 2 stone. So averaging a stone a month i should be at target by end of september-ish. Its really not that far away and i'm willing (if not happy lol ;)) to put up with the boredom for a wee while longer to achieve that goal. Its going to be worth it and i have the rest of my life to eat food again :D

Sorry prob not much help but just wanted to let you know you're not the only one feeling like this x

Not eating for so long will just make you ill and more likely to cave in to food.
Can you imagine a 'new start' and perhaps go onto the SS plus?? You have done so well - I am hoping that I can do as well as you have!
Be strong and try to get into a routein.

Hi I am in the same boat. Struggling with the last 14 to 16 pounds I need to lose. Though I am now on the 810 plan and I am finding if very difficult. My problem is that the CD shakes, bars, tetra are my crutch and I am scared of losing control over food portion/calories which makes me go off piste for some reason. I am finding I need more will power this way that when I did SSing. Looking at this postively we have the last hurdle and should be motivated by each other.

COME OF GUYS....WE CAN DO THIS!!!
    :talk017:

I know exactly how you all feel...I have been fighting my last stone kicking and screaming all the way..cos I refuse to not get to goal. It was set for a reason and I will feel 'cheated' if I don't get there.

The (near) end has not been pretty (binge last week:rolleyes:)...but just like falling over in a race, I have picked myself up and even if I have to limp over the finishing line...I WILL DAMN WELL DO IT....end of movie....credits roll....

Thanks for all your replies and as Prettyfacebut has said,we do need to get in the right frame of mind!!

So, I reakon I want to only lose another 13 lb until Iget to te size I want to be, so that is a maximum of 5 at worst, 6 weeks. I have done this for 20 weeks, surely I can do another 6 weeks?

    So, whos with me?????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am definitely with you! Have to admit I am spurred on by a 4 pound loss this week!! I am amazed! I gained 2 pound last week and wasn't sure whether I was strictly doing CD to plan. So here's to losing the next 13 to 14 pounds!! I'll post if I find myself wavering for support and trust you guys will do the same!
