Well, I have SSd since 6th or march and everything was going great, if a bit slow. I am now down to my last stone to stone and 5lb (I want to get to a clothes size rather than a weight!) I have been getting so So SO bored of this diet!
The a couple of weeks ago I had a night off, still lost normal so was please. the week after I had two nights off, still lost normal, so pleased. this weekend had the weekend off and weight in is today and looks like I will be lucky to stay the same! Deserved I know.
I have to get down to my target by the end of sep, I have £100s of pounds of clothes to fit into and that is what size I want to be...BUT
I al so massively fed up with the same taste and not being asbout to eat anything! Plus I am staving all the time.I still have a reasonble amount to lose and time and weight just seems to be going past in slow motion and it seems like I havent lost anything for ages. I am fed up that I cheated this week and have not lost anyhting but I think without this weekend I would have just given up totally.
I have now said to myself that there is now no more cheating until goal but I had my last shake at 3.30pm becuase I was so hungry and it is now nearly 72 hrs since I have eaten so must be in ketetsis by now!
Does anyone have any words of wisdom for me?? I would appreisat eany help you can give me!Thanks!
