he has a very squidgy bum considering hes so slim ...but it was very nice !! i love him been to see him a few times i wont even tell you what my friend said to him to get into his dressing room !!! but it worked!

im sure you will loose SO MUCH WEIGHT on SW!!! you have the riht frame of mind, and like u said if your not happy doing this diet, its only going to put you in a bad place when it comes to food!!!
