i have gastroeosophical reflux disease so get terrible heart burn all the time
start off trying gaviscon ( if ur cdc says its ok on the plan )
if that doesnt work try zantac ( ranitadine is generic name some supermarkets do there own cheap version ) its a tablet so swallowed with water

i take omeprazole but its generally only available on prescription, i take that as all over counter meds stopped working for me
