    I was on WW PPs but have now switched to calorie counting.
    So sorry about the gain Gracie, I know it is disheartening. Your totm will be over next week and I bet you'll be an extra bit down then. PS I love your photo food diary!

    thanks for the words of encouragement honey :) i'm a bit of an all or nothing kind of gal (which i think is my downfall to be honest) so a day off plan can soon turn into a whole week sometimes :( hoping to get back on it tomorrow, might even do my 30 day shred dvd which arrived saturday and i still haven't started lol xx

    have since changed my weigh in day to sunday morning :) back on it!

    week 1: -3lbs :D 11 stone 4 lbs
