Erm, the other thread on the forum called "TEAM ANNOUNCEMENTS", i just explianed the weigh in thingy


Well, i tell you, it's been a nightmare this week and how i havent cheated i will never know. But, you'll be proud to know that I've been a good girl, weigh in tomorrow at 2pm

I always have a bad first weigh in so I'm not expecting a miracle, but wooo, ketosis baby!

Had a bit of a streesy day and i a sausage this morning (sorry), but im back on track now.xx

ill admit i had a sugar craving the other day and gave in.. but i was straight back on it today and have been for a long walk with a friend. feel much better and much more positive.

just struggling with the water drinking!!

my weigh in is thurs morning.. woo!
