Leaving CD....

    Feel that after many failed restarts (my own fault I know) I am going to give the old healthy eating and exercise routine a go!

    Have joined a gym and have been gradually cutting down all this week in preparation for it.

    I know CD is a succesful weight loss programme, but after failing myself on it I'm going to try something else.

    Will deffo stay on minimins though! Far too fabulous to leave that!

    Thank you all for your support and advice, I may at some point return to CD, but even if I don't, see you on here still!

    We all know that CD works but it isn't for everyone, so good luck with your continued diet journey away from CD:)

    Yeah, you have to be really in the head space for CD, it is effective but can be a bit anti social as we really can't join in with meals etc.
    Good website that I have found quite helpful..normaleating.com.

    Good luck! The CD is exellent for those of us that want quick results, but heathly eating and exercise is what will help us keep the weight off. I plan to do the same once I reach my goal, but now I know where to turn if things start to slip.
