Ok soooo today Tristan is 3 weeks old tomorrow.
In my pregnancy I went from 13s 13lb to 14s 13lb. Tj was born at 8lb 5oz. Day after having him I weighed in at 14s so I lost just a pound short if what I weighed pre pregnancy. I have eaten nothing but junk these 3 weeks but I am breastfeeding. Weighed last wesnesday and some how lost 2lb!! But gained 4lb this week oops! Sooooo I begin my new fresh journey at 14s 2lb! I want to lose 51lb by July! In time for my sister in laws wedding!! Yummy mummy of 2 and a step son in a skimpy dress yes please! Soooo it has begun!!

Let's see how I do! Food diary posted tonight!!

Start weight: 14s 7lb After pregnancy: 14s 0lb Current weight: 14s 2lb To target: 51lbs
 
You will do it i am sure. Dont be so harsh on yourself if you are struggling with desire for sweet stuff whilst breast feeding (as i know i did when i breast fed).

I think one of the negatives of slimming world compared to weight watchers when it comes to breast feeding is weight watchers just for breast feeding you got extra points whereas slimming world you get extra healthy extras as opposed to syns.

i would be inclined to say have just one extra healthy extra and have another 12 syns to be honest. i know its not strictly on plan but at least it will curb your sweet cravings when breast feeding if you allow yourself a bit more. i might do that myself to be honest :)

Hi Geordie lass!! Finaly able to post yesterdays diary!! Had an ok day, tried to be on plan (bear in mind i'm exclusively breast feeding which feels mega hard to fit in food and get tempted to syn!!) but I only went over syns by a little and to be honey planned food and prob need a day without syns if I can bring myself to do it! Here goes!

Wednesday 1st feb

Breakfast:
2x wholemeal bread (2heb)
Sunflower spread 1tbs (4)
Semi skimmed milk (1hea)
Pear
Fruit and fibre (1heb)

Lunch:
Cheese (1hea)
Ham, beetroot, sweetcorn, mange tout, lettuce, pepper, cuecumber, tomatoes, carrot
Belight crisps (6)
Tbs Mayo (5)
Tbs salad cream (2.5)
Tomato purée (0.5)

Dinner:
Pasata, rice, beans, mince beef, garlic, onions, stock, peppers, low fat yogurt

Total syns: 18 hea: 2 heb: 3 exercise: 30 min walking school run

Also weighed myself today again for curiosity! I said yesterday I gained 4lb, well I am a bit constipated sorry for tmi not sure if cuz of breastfeeding, soooo today after I had finaly gone and tj had a feed so my boobs weren't like rocks I weighed in and only gained 1lb!! Or I somehow lost 3lb overnight lol!! So I'm gonna go by today's weigh in cuz it makes me feel better :)

U did well, not much sweet stuff yest :)
Good news tho tomato puree is now free :)
