Ria's weight loss attempt post baby!

Hi all,

I am now a proud mummy to an 8 week old little boy! I weighed myself yesterday and was 15 stone 2lb's, this is only 1 stone more than i weighed pre pregnancy so i am impressed with that.

My goal is to try and lose 1lb - 2lb per week. I would like to get down to 14 stone in 10 weeks, which i think is realistic.

Yesterday i had 14 syns.
 
Today's food

Breakfast - Cheerios - H/E
Lunch - Batchlors Cheese, Leek and Ham pasta and French Fries (4.5 syns)
Dinner - Pork Steak, veg and noodles
