    I would say that you are allowed as leeks are mainly water anyway - aren't they?

    Brussel Sprouts

    Snow Peas
    Carrot (In moderation)


    Not Allowed
    Potato
    Pumpkin
    Beans
    Sweet Potato
    Corn
    Peas


    Allowable Fruit
    Apples
    Peaches
    Oranges
    Pears
    Grapefruit
    Mango
    Berries - Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Cherries etc.

    Not Allowed
    Watermelon
    Bananas
    Cantaloupe
    Pineapple
    Honey Dew Melon
    Kiwi Fruit
    Grapes
    Apricot
    Tinned Fruit in Nectar
    All dried fruit - Prunes, Raisins, Dates, Sultana's, Figs etc.

    And for those thinking what the bloody hell are capsicum.. or zuchinni for that matter.. its just peppers and courgetts and eggplant is aubergine.
