Left over lamb??

Ad a lamb roast today was deelish but got some left over. Anyone any recipes that I could use what's left of the lamb for tea tomorrow? X

Lamb, baked beans, mashed potatoes, 1x Hea allowance of Cheddar cheese (per person) as a topping!

mmmmm!! never heard of scouse before, sounds lovely - how long do you cook it for??

Really? Oh it's amazing! I literally cook it all day! Till meat is falling apart and potatoes are mushy but cook it as long as you want! It's fab with pickled cabbage or beetroot x
