just had Stephcracknell's lemon meringue from the pudding sticky.Syn free. Got to admit I ws dubious about trying it but its really nice. Worth a try.x

I've just been to tescos to buy quark to try this recipe, I'm a bit dubious too but I'm going to give it a go and see what happens, I'll let you know.

I don't know if that is the same recipe as Donnie's, but hers is GREAT.
I have done it several times, and I have added the Smash pastry base. Everyone who has tasted it enjoys it!
