Todays food is......

950ml almond milk...........................HE A

BRUNCH
lentil and cheese wedge....................HE A (cheese)
beetroot, cucumber, tomato
homemade cheesey coleslaw.............HE B and 3 SYNS for mayo

DINNER.......packed for work!!
Quorn and veg bolognaise(onions, courgette, grated carrot and tomatoes)
pasta
40g reduced fat cheddar....................HE B

might treat myself to a bag of crisps out of the vending machine at work if I fancy them later to use some syns!
 
Well despite not posting here for almost a week....its not been all bad!! ;)

The weekend was a bit of a write off but this week has been pretty much on track.

So todays food
Day before weigh in.....think I need to have RED day to get rid of the carb bloat!! I love green day food but it definitely leaves me feeling bloated, probably doesn't help that I think I over eat on green days as I love the food so much!!
Oh well, nothing that a red day can't fix, I hope!!

Didn't manage to have my HE B's today........not good, I know!
And no SYNS cos I'm making up for eating too many earlier on in the week!!
Weigh in tomorrow....
