I have decided to start a diary here.
I'm hoping that it will give me a bit more of an incentive to stick to plan as I have been messing about for far too long now.

I have been following SW on and off for about 25 years (!) so I know what to do..... but sometimes its more about just actually getting on and doing it!

I love green days but they don't like me! I can have some good losses on red but I'm always hankering after carbs and sometimes HE B's carbs just aren't enough to fill that void on a red day! EE doesn't really do it for me, but maybe that's because I'm old school and prefer straight forward red or green.

However, having said that, this time, I am going to do a mixture of all 3 plans in an effort for it to fit in with me and whatever I may be doing/feeling on a certain day.
I have just joined online (again) as I can't always make group due to shifts and I am feeling empowered now I have access to the syns calculator again!! lol

I may even add some pics here and there.......

Well, it turned into a brown day!! Whoops. We decided to have a last minute BBQ before the heavy rain forecast, set in.
To be fair, I didn't go to mad but it certainly wasn't on plan either.

Had some friends unexpectedly visit mid afternoon and hadn't eaten so missed out on a proper lunch and ended up eating dinner quite late....ate another portion after eating the plate shown here too as I was starving!!

So this morning, I have had a little cooking fest.

I have made a huge pan of chickpea and butternut squash curry
A lentil and cheese bake
and some hummous.

I used Blue Dragon sauces, however, my husband had 2 helpings and I have enough for another portion tomorrow so, they made 4 portions in all....not so bad!!

prawn and veg in sweet and sour sauce....................5 SYNS * my portion 1.5 SYNS
