Well have moved to a new diary here in the slimming world group after several failed attempts at vlcd diets
.
Joined slimming world last night so a Monday weigher.
Now to my tiltle Leotards and legwarmers!!!! What better motivation to lose weight once and for all than for your little (in every sense of the word) sister to announce that her Hen Do theme in February is FAME!!!!!

So after taking a long hard look at myself and failing again to stick with shakes only, 3lbs in 6 days of starving is not sustainable lol xx, I have committed myself to a lifestyle change. I knkw from previous experience that slimmingworld does work but I need to commit longer than the first couple of stone and stay to group!!!
So went shopping before joining last night so that I have afresh new day ahead. Even made sopu last night carrot and pepper so going to blend that now and put in my flask.
Plan for food is as follows.: Breakfast Porride oats and milk (Hex a & B), Lunch Soup and boiled egg salad. Snacks chopped up friuit salad of strawberries, apple,grapes,mango and plum.
Will decide on tea later. Plenty of water and black coffee.
So here goes Good luck to me and everyone else for a fab day xxx
