Lesson 1 - Eating when I'm not hungry

    Learning a lot about myself and my eating habits this week. First major lesson I have learned is eating when I am not hungry is actually necessary sometimes. Having a planned snack at the midpoint between my main meals helps me to keep the hunger pangs at bay. If I skip that snack, I feel hungry way before the meal, and the temptation to cave and have something which will probably be bad for me is very strong!
