Lidi's light cheese slices

Hi,
I know you can have 3 slices of Aldi's light cheese slices as 1 HE A but by OH shopped in Lidi's and got me there light slices can does anyone know if I can count these as an HE A and how many. I don't go to a class so do not have access to there website, if anyone could look for me I would be so greatful,
