½ Syn on Extra Easy Original ½ Syn Green ½ Syn

Blue Dragon 400ml can reduced fat coconut milk is 17.5syns for the can so for 100ml = 4.4 so 4.5 syns

I've synned this before by going into the brand sections of the syns online - it usually works out between 16 & 18 syns per 400ml tin if you get the reduced fat type i.e. Asda own brand one or the Blue dragon make

Yikes - mental note, must not buy the amoy stuff!

I did use a 400ml tin a few weeks ago and calculated it at 22 syns.

Well worth it when divided by six to make nice creamy dishes :eating:

I used blue dragon and decided to count it as 3 syns per serving. was really delicious. Used half a can to make soup and the other half to make a thai curry. Yummy!
