I guys well first weigh in and I was weighing in at 20st 2lb so here is my diary for tommorro

Milk skimmed (HE A)
Lunch
Iceland chicken tikka strips (chilled)
Broccoli florets (hate salad)
Mid morning strawberry's
Crab sticks
Dinner
Iceland sliced beefin gravy
Potato
Mixed veg
Sins may be options 2 syns mixed with fat free Greek yoghurt (no syns )
Cadburys curly wurly 6 syns total syns 8
Does this seem ok guys I can't get shopping untill sat. And really want to be good
