Hiya,I was in Lidl today and i saw banana sorbet but i have looked on the slimming world site but cannot find how many syns it is, They also had strawberry sorbet. I could nt see how many cals it was as i had left my specs at home.

Hiya,I was in Lidl today and i saw banana sorbet but i have looked on the slimming world site but cannot find how many syns it is, They also had strawberry sorbet. I could nt see how many cals it was as i had left my specs at home.

My guess here is to use the 1 syn = 20 calories rule as I am sure there is no free food in this.
