I'm dead excited about starting on Monday I did Lipotrim for 4 months last year but put on nearly 2 stone over the last couple of months Need to nip that in the bud. And fast !

I'll post my regular weekly weigh in & update my sig with them... I'm also probably post random nonsense & waffle in here & in the Lipotrim section to amuse mainly myself & hopefully inspire/amuse/motivate others
