I started LT again for the 3rd time yesterday. I only did it for a few weeks a couple of months ago and didn't get to my goal as I felt a little unwell and basically felt I needed to eat! Well, since then my fridge/freezer broke down and I used it as a total excuse to eat, hence I am now 4 pounds heavier. I started again and feel so happy I don't have to worry about food again for a while is this wrong? I'm actually enjoying my breakfast shake and not worrying about shopping and calories. The best bit is knowing the weight is going to fall off! Am I a LT addict?!!!!! x
