Hi I've done slimming world before and loved it but have been off it for just over year and I've had enough sooooooooo my plan is to go back but needed a boost so doing TFR at the minute. My question is had anyone gone from TFR to sw and if so how did you find it...... (apart from obvious bliss of no deprivation)
