I hope all us lipotrimers are feeling great and getting on well, you may of read I had a bit of a blip at the weekend and had a bit of my sons sandwich. I felt awful after and have resolved to stick to it strictly now. I have to lose as much weight as I can by June next year as I need a hernia repair, my surgeon said he would be able to do an apronectomy at the same time. So I have the incentive.
GOOD LUCK EVERYONE ESPECIALLY TO THOSE STICKING TO IT THROUGHOUT CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR LIKE ME !
