    Last time I did CD I kept a daily diary on here of what I had each day and found that it helped keep me on track, so I have decided to do it again.

    Day 1
    B = Porridge
    L = Plain Cooked Chicken (forgot to take my shake out with me)
    D = Leek & Potato Soup
    4 Pints of water (nned to up my water intake)

    Day 2

    B = Chocolate Shake
    L = Vanilla Shake
    D = Vegetable Soup
    Aiming for 2.5 Ltrs (will update tomorrow if it differs)
