I'm going to weigh in at home this evening - I haven't had a very good week & I feel weighing will help me draw a line under it all & move on.
I have been back on plan since yesterday however I find myself constantly reminding myself how off plan I have been and its purely because I am missing group.

D: Hake, Potatoes, Cabbage (S), Turnip (S), Broccoli (S) & Cauliflower (S)

Snacks: Hi Fi Bar (HEB), Multipack Mars Bar (9 Syns), Jacobs Elite Biscuit (4.5 syns)

Water: 1.5 LTRS

I weighed in this evening & Im delighted to say I’m down 1LB 😊

D: Steak, SW Chips, Mushrooms (S), Onions (S), Fried Egg & Pepper Sauce

Pepper Sauce
Fry off some Garlic & diced Onion
Add Beef Stock
When reduced to half, stir in half a tub of Lighter Charleville Cheddar with Black Pepper
Add some additional black pepper

My weekend was a complete write off guys. I went to bed so annoyed with myself on Sunday night but I promised I would draw a line under it all yesterday morning.
