1 lb a week is still nearly 4 st a year, isn't that amazing!
 
So its half past 4 and I've got bodybalance at six followed by a yummy chicken stir fry .. I have just over 600 calories remaining so may also have a count on us chocolate mouse or a small bowl of muesli as a treat.
 
Sounds nice Lisa, just got back from Zumba, 3 mile jog in mornin and 1 hr of Zumba in evenin is too much really.
May have to think of altering run days. Hope u enjoy yr body balance x
 
Yeah if you find it too much swap days, otherwise you may become demotivated.
 
Ok so my diary took a drop when last week I sts. I wanted a week to just focus and as I was off work I was busy socialising and exercising.
I decided to see how this week went and if I diddnt loose again I would go back to slimming world.

I am so pleased to say I lost 6.4 lb this week which totally makes up for last week and I'm so glad as I could not have done anything more, been burning over 1000 calories a day exercising and eating well .
 
Thanks guys.. today has been a good day, eaten just over 1600 calories which is my daily goal, been shopping with hubby and done 45 minute bodypump 420 calories, one hour bodycombat class 630 calories and an hours body balance class at 230 calories.
When out shopping hubby bought me a silver ring as a temporary wedding band, its a size m, my wedding ring is a size s so have gone down six sizes.
 
I have been a member of weight watchers since May 2011 and now trying my hand at calorie counting, your weightloss as far is amazing :) x
 
Thankyou starkissed. I know it sounds stupid but hope people can relate to me here but although I've lost nearly 10 st I'm not as excited as maybe I should be as I know I still have over 4.5 stone still yo drop and its going to be getting harder and harder to loose it. Don't get me wrong I am so chuffed whith myself but am always aware I'm not there yet.

Anyway today has been good although I'm concerned I may not have eaten enough, eaten over my 1600 - 1700 calories to just over 1800 but have burnt nearly 1500 calories off exercising. I'm not sure but I'm guessing thats not good. It happened slot last week, I find I can eat my 1600 calories but am often burning over 1000 a day.

Anyway had healthy calories today, enjoyed a 6 mile walk / run walk / run followed by bodyattack and bodystep! Was back at work today so had to resist lots of lovely looking cakes at it was someones birthday!
 
Yeah I'm having lots of protein, don't want to loose muscle instead of fat.

This week has gone well, stuck to my calories every day and done 13 hours of exercise so far this week, w.I tomorrow so hoping for a loss, but after a giant loss last week will be ok with a sts .
 
Well done on your exercise. I'm struggling this week got major problems with my legs and the honest truth is I feel that the problems stem from my weight.
Normal everyday walking is fine, I feel a twinge in my upper leg muscles when I come up or go down the stairs but if I attempt to run it really hurts my upper leg muscles and my hips, my hubbie laughed when I say my run as been reduced to a shuffle because I can't make my legs work properly to run.
Anyway I've got protein powder to help with tissue repair, I'm off to get my gait analized tomorrow and get new trainers, I've got ibuprofen gel to rub in, and I got some radix bath stuff to relax muscles, I've also looked up some strengthening leg exercises and stretches so hopefully next week I will be back to it, actually miss it, never thought I'd say that lol x
 
Sounds like you are doing all the right stuff, rest us important and I find stretching and using a foam roller really helps.


Just had w.I and lost 1 lb, so that's 10 lb loss for February, I'm so pleased as my losses seem the same as on slimming world over a month. I have now lost over 40% of my bodyweight, next target is 50% so got about 30 lb to loose to get there, then my target will be my actual target weight.
 
Good day today, I work with a six year old girl with autism. I have worked with her since before starting to loose weight. She ran up to me on the playground today and said .. miss where has your big belly gone, bless her, I felt great .

Jabs had 1647 calories today and have done a two mile run and body attack, just over 800 calories burnt!
 
Food wise a good day, stuck to my calories and haven't been hungry.

Jogged 2 miles for the first time without having to waLk today, so was really pleased . Then did bodystep.. total calories eaten 1665, total burned 880!
 
I'm so tired, have worn myself out today and it feels great. After work I did an hour in the gym, I then jogged two miles with my friend from work before going off to bodycombat . 1670 calories consumed today and I'm ready for bed !
