day 10

brekkie - 2 slices ww bread, 2 turkey rashers, 3 slices of tomato, 10 grapes

lunch - chocolate shake

dinner - salmon salad, ww frozen desert

2 lts water
 
day 11

brekkie - strawberry shake
lunch - chicken salad with balsamic vinegar and ww yogurt
dinner - steamed salmon, cabbage and sweetcorn [weird combination but i liked it lol], peach and 23 grapes

2 lts water
1 can of diet cream soda

day 12

brekkie - vanilla shake
lunch - tuna salad and ww yogurt
dinner - 2 quorn sausages, 2 turkey rashers, grilled mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, 2 ww bread and fromage frais [as spread]

20 grapes, 1 peach mixed with fromage frais

late snack - ww frozen desert

ate too much again i think eek
 
Doesn't sound a lot Lisa. I must give more quorn products a try after being so impressed with the mince earlier.
 
day 13

brekkie - vanilla shake
lunch - turkey steak salad with ww yogurt
dinner - dried fried beef steak in strips, yellow pepper, mushrooms and a dash of worcestershire sauce shuved in a pitta bread with fromage frais for wetness - was yummy

2 litres of water
1 can diet dandelion and burdock

2 days till weigh day eek!

yesterday - day 14

brekkie - chocolate shake
lunch - two quorn sausages and salad, ww yogurt
then it all went pete tong....
dinner - half a special biriyani, packet of skips, packet of french fries, curly wurly, turkish delight and a twix

2 litres of water
1 can of diet dandelion and burdock

bad bad bad time of the month munchies unfortunately :copon:

today - day 15

weighed myself and i was shocked to see i had stayed the same :eek:

brekkie - nothing

lunch - 3 slices ww bread, 2 turkey rashers, 1 quorn 'chicken' burger with fromage frais and 6 cucumber slices, handful of grapes, 1 peach, 1 plum

dinner - chicken breast, 1/4 yellow pepper, 1/3 green pepper all 'fried' in water with 4oz of cooked pasta and fromage frais, ww yougurt

1 cup of tea
2+ litres of water

need to get back on track big time :rolleyes:
