Not sure if this has been added before, probably has but I can't find it. I've found a list of keto friendly food which may help as I often end up having the same things over, you can adapt to which stage you are on Atkins. Feel free to add to this thread

Sorry didn't mean to confuse anyone, I never made it stage specific as many are on different stages, some people aren't necessarily following Atkins but are following a keto lifestyle. I just made it keto friendly
