Have just completed my 2nd week and am 13lbs down so far 
It was all going so well and I had been 100% until yesterday. Had my bar in the morning and then friends arrived and ending up going out for the whole day shopping unexpectedly so was completely unprepared! Got to about 5pm and I was so hungry I could have eaten my shopping bags but instead had a mozzarella wrap from waitrose
The calories were horrific and to be honest I didn't enjoy it that much and I then had a shake about 9pm. Hopefully it won't have kicked me out of ketosis and I have been back on it today.
In a really strange way it has sort of helped me refocus with TS as I have been having some really bad food cravings which have pretty much gone now!
I will be staying firmly on the wagon for the next five weeks as I have a fabulous dress to get into for my friends birthday party. I can get it on but can't zip it up yet!
